This is how i gained 6 lbs of muscle in two Months

Greetings everybody,

Sorry for for the absence, as you already know i have to try things first before posting anything, right?

well, this trial took me about 3 months of searching on the net for studies and then see if it works in real life like expected. The Goal is always same BUILD MUSCLE and INCREASE STRENGTH.

the most relevant studies :

the first trial proved that taking a drink of 2/3 quick carbs and 1/3 whey protein directly after Workout causes insulin spike and dramatically increase the flow of amino acids into the muscle cells while replenishing the depleted Glycogen reserve in the muscle. the ratio stated up correspond to BSN True Mass serving 50g protein and 100g carbs.

the second study showed that quick carbs and fast proteins directly after workout DOES activate the main protein synthesis pathway but only for a short period of time and suggest adding slow carbs and slow protein (Soy protein precisely) to the post workout drink to achieve a longer anabolic state.
Mmm where can i found Slow Carbs with Soy protein ? well MHP Up Your Mass is the answer.

How NOT to use these products:

for the first Month, i've been taking 1 scoop of True Mass in post workout and 2 scoops of MHP before bed. this was a complete waste. i've seen very little to no results at all.

This is how i gained 6 pounds in two months.
for the 3 months that follow, i've been taking 1 scoop True mass + 1 scoop up your mass + 1 pill of Uni-vit (for the digestive enzymes and pre-workout blend) . and i do the same again for Post Workout. With this routine for 2 months i've been able to move from 69Kg to 73Kg that about 6 lbs in two months.

How to get BlenderBottle for 0.4$

How to get BlenderBottle for 0.4$

If you reading on this Blog for a while you will see that i don't write B.S to get visitor and i'm not a paid scum that say fake reviews. All what you read on this Blog is 100% REAL and tested by myself.

Well, here is how i got the "historic BlenderBottle" for less than half dollar. first the BlenderBottle is no more than a regular shaker with a twisted wire inside, in fact it is less than a regular shaker because it lacks the filter that prevent you from swallowing unmixed powder.

What we need is :

1- Regular shaker: i assume you already have a shaker, if you don't try to get one as a gift when you buy your supplement or buy a cheap one for like 1-3 dollars.

I got mine as gift when i bought a cheap Mass Gainer, unfortunately this store is for Persian Gulf countries only. but i guess there many offers in the US.

2- 0.4$ for the Mixing Ball:  however, you can't buy only 1 Ball and get it shipped. the minimum order is 2 balls billed at 0.91$ (Free shipping)

i bough mine from china through Aliexpress.com for 0.91$ all included, the price is amazing with free international shipping, but the delivery time is no less than 40 days ! but if the item is stored in the US then expect it within 3 days i guess.  just open the website and look for Stainless steel mixing Ball. try to look on amazon and ebay and others, compare the prices, shipping ...etc

Conclusion : from my opinion, buying a shaker for 20$ isn't so smart if you can get it for far less. However, this mixing Ball doesn't offer ANYTHING over the regular shaker unless you have 1 lbs of weight gainer in the shaker, the ball wont offer anything other than ugly noise.

MusclePharm caught red handed, Amino spiking charged

MusclePharm the 110 Millions company has been been accused of cheating their costumers through a process known as "Amino Spiking" or "Protein Spiking".

How it works?

The evil company seek to maximize it's benefit and minimize the expenses. taking an honest competition is not a choice better just cheat and lie to the unprotected costumer by filling the 5lbs tubes with free Aminos, Creatine Monohydrates, glutamin and anything cheap but the whey protein since the whey costs 6USD for pound and aminos costs less than 1$ for pound. the added aminos are labeled as protein.

Breaking the law

“FDA requires that dietary supplements be labeled in a manner that is truthful and not misleading. With regard to the labeling of protein content, FDA’s expectation for proper nutrition labeling is that firms will evaluate the protein content from actual protein sources—not other nitrogen-containing ingredients such as individual amino acids—and label the products consistent with the results of such evaluations,”  FDA press officer Jennifer Dooren.

however, don't expect the FDA to protect you and lawsuit the company. this is where law firms came to scene. backed by confirmed lab tests "Ram, Olson, Cereghino & Kopczynski" sued MusclePharm in California federal court. the Laboratory tests revealed that MusclePharm products contain less than half of the claimed protein content!

“I believe it is a pretty simple, cut and dry issue: We allege in these lawsuits that these companies use misleading language on the label regarding the amount of actual protein in the products, and the consumers are the ones that pay. That’s the bottom line,” says Nick Suciu, the lead attorney for the plaintiffs on many of the lawsuits. “I began developing the cases because customers have been misled by this practice for years.”

By then Nothing happens!

sorry to disappoint you but the case was voluntarily dismissed by the plaintiffs, indicating the parties likely reached an out-of-court agreement. Neither company provided comment.

Guilty

the composition of a dietary supplement can be revealed through a simple laboratory test thereby  musclepharm could easily defend its products in court but the company choose to "resolve" it out of court what can be a strong proof that the company is guilty.

Protein companies dirty tricks

As everybody knows FDA does not require supplements companies to conduct a pre-selling test to check the safety and effectiveness of the products, to make things much worst FDA does not confirm the Label Claims. What does that means? You can literally sell sugar in a tube labeled 80% whey isolate (it actually happened…). In the following I will reveal some dirty tricks used by dirty companies to fool and cheat costumers.
The tricks are divided into two categories. “Legal tricks” that exploit the Inattention and trust of the costumers and illegal tricks that take advantage of the unenforced laws. I will starts from easy to spot trick to deadly ones.

Cheap filling, this is most common in mass gainers but also exist between protein powders in other forms. to achieve the 5 lbs weight some manufacturers desperately add anything but what you really need.
Those are two weight gainers of the same category, the 5lbs tube of Gain Fast contains 770g of sugars! Almost 1lbs.

Most Bodybuilders blend oats with gainers to add more calories. MHP, however, already added oats to the gainer.

Proprietary blends Proprietary blends and the hidden ratios of proteins is a major problem among almost all brands. Manufacturers say it’s protect their original blends from being copied. Any Lab, However, can reveal the real ratios, so the proprietary blends are not against other companies it’s just a way to make more money since whey isolate costs about 7.5$ per Kg while the whey concentrate is under 2$ per Kg.

Amino Spiking: this is the most evil trick ever done. Like the whey concentrate isn’t cheap enough some companies add amino acids to their protein powders to achieve their promised Protein content. You may ask yourself why they would do that, well the amino acids costs 1$ less and since the protein content is checked through measuring Nitrogen Content, a simple Lab Test can’t tell the Aminos from the whey.

Fake Reviews: reviews play an important role in the buyer’s decision, the supplements manufacturers understood so and worked hard to launch a large scale fake reviews campaign. Everyday supp companies hire more and more scums through freelancer.com and upwork.com to post fake reviews on every possible website, from Youtube to bodybuilding.com paid scums all around.

Fake Studies:  this a good point, manufacturers tend to quote a study that backs their formulas. Some formulas, however, already proven ineffective. This is where the company has to fund a study that claims otherwise!

Fake Labels: You may think this is common among unpopular cheap brands and you are safe as long you stick with well-known products, this is absolutely wrong. here i quote from consumerlab.com and labdoor.com two trusted labs.

Misleadings Labels: the regulation is that main ingredient must be stated first then the second and so on. so if a product contains 50% whey concentrate, 40% soy protein and 10% whey isolate the must looks like Protein Blend (Whey concentrate, soy protein, whey isolate). some supp companies, however, like to mention the whey isolate first then whey concentrate and put the soy down between artificial flavors to mislead the buyer.

BCAA, power of the placebo.

BCAA, power of the placebo.

BCAA is widely believed to promote protein synthesis, lean muscle growth, and recovery. BCAA has been under research for more than 30 years. Studies and clinical trials, however, failed to proof that BCAA actually promotes muscle growth or improve muscle performance in human subjects. On the opposite side, multiple recent studies and trials done on large number of Athletes proved that BCAA does not affect body composition in any aspect. In the following I will present few relevant clinical trials that will let you change your mind about BCAA.

-          - A six weeks endurance training program combined with 20 grams of BCAA a day was ineffective to affect human skeletal muscle mass or athletic performance in any way. (1)

-
The effects of 8 weeks of heavy resistance training and branched-chain amino acid supplementation on body composition and muscle performance. (2)

-          How effective is BCAA to prevent muscle damage? (3)

BCAA, however, is proved to reduce muscle damage during resistance training.(4)

Say it again? Reduce exercise-induced muscle damage! Why do we go to the GYM? Isn’t to break muscle fibers so new ones will grow?

Conclusion
In theory BCAA activates key enzymes of protein synthesis but failed to be effective to promote muscle growth in real world tests, maybe because BCAA loses it effect during the process of isolation from the main protein but this is yet to be proved. If you still in love with your BCAA the good shake of whey protein will deliver you about 5-6 grams of naturally acquired BCAAs, and it shown to be effective and healthy. Just don’t fall for Supplement manufacturers marketing, they are after your money not your benefit. Got it?

Now you got the truth, -> share it to others !

BCAA ugly scam !

How NOT to use BCAA.

Nowadays BCAA seems to be the most selling supplement just after protein and Pre-Workout respectively. The BCAA is primarily consumed for post-workout recovery, pre-workout energy enhancing, anti-catabolic effect and to promote muscle growth. But has any of these benefits been scientifically proved? In the following paragraph I will recall many studies and clinical trials that proved that BCAA is ineffective and a complete waste of money.

Does BCAA promote muscle growth?

No, a recent study showed that 8 weeks heavy training exercises combined with 9 grams of BCAA was ineffective to improve muscle performance or promote muscle growth(1).

Does BCAA improve performance?

Multiple recent studies proved that BCAA is ineffective to improve athletic performance. A study even proved that BCAA negatively affects muscle performance (2).

Does BCAA inhibit the catabolism process?

Many trials and studies showed that BCAA reduces Exercise-induced muscle damage SAY IT AGAIN? “BCAA reduces Exercise-induced muscle damage” DON’T YOU GET IT AREN’T YOU? Why we go to the gym? To destroy our muscles so new fibers will grow yes? But the BCAA reduces the damage so your hard work goes for free.

Conclusion

if you still believe in the magic of BCAA then just drink your protein shake, whey protein naturally contains about 5 grams of BCAA per 30g serving. Now you got the truth post comments -> share:)
