This supplement is more dangerous than steroid!

Yes, this little sweet bottle killed people, So far the FDA reported 23 case of serious liver injuries ranging from jaundice to death! MuscleTech did pull the poison from the market, changed the formula and claims the new stuff is safe.

Next, 
According to CDC, 72 persons with acute non-viral hepatitis were identified and all had reported exposure to an OxyElite Pro branded product. Of these cases, at least 47 were hospitalized, at least 3 received a liver transplant, and one death was reported. 

Guys, we need to talk seriously!! Steroids Vs Supps.

these supps are so dangerous that a little amount can kill you. and yet they are legal and you are free to buy them without prescription. On the other hand, to get non-viral hepatitis from Dianabol, you need to take 70mg a day for a week or more  (I've seen a guy who got it this way, he is fine now 100% back to business)!

Why bodybuilders shouldn't count calories.

Why counting calories is useless for bodybuilders?



Simply because the human body reacts differently to different foods. It uses protein to build muscles, carbs to provide energy and fat is more likely to be stored as fat. Here we see there are foods that make you fat more than others. How?
-          Well, just add 100Kcal worth of whey to your diet every day, thank me later.
-          Or add 100Kcal worth of chips and you probably gonna need a doctor.

Kevin Levron, a world champion never counted his calories intake! So? If you are a bodybuilder it’s way better to count food by weight and not Kcals.

And as always, I never write a word without a link to an actually study (Keep everything 100% true). The following study shows that adding 20kcal/kg of candies resulted in increase of body weight, while adding the same amount of peanuts didn't increase body weight.

Tribulus Terrestris
An old school supplement. It was widely used as a testosterone booster herb, However, In 2007 a study showed that Tribulus Terrestris has no effect on muscle mass or Testosterone level, which means it's pretty much useless for bodybuilders!

HGH, IGF supps
These stuff are widely sold as HGH, IGF-1... but they NEVER contain any hormones! In most cases they contain some Amino acids such L-Glutamine and L-Arginine along with some vitamins.

The point is: If I want Glutamine and Vitamins I would go with a men formula such OptiMen (it contains all the crap you can find in these "HGH") and cheaper.

BCAA
Yes, you heard that right. BCAA is pretty much useless. It's not me saying it, there are many, I mean MANY studies concluded that BCAA is almost a placebo. It doesn't promote muscle growth, It doesn't save you from catabolism. So? Why the big should i put my cash on it? I can buy When for that price and still get the useless BCAA since the whey protein naturally contains BCAA.

This interesting thing about this gainer is its different formula. The carbohydrates here are Starch and the protein is soy

The Starch has a sustained release; it suppresses the appetite and regulates the blood sugar. But on the other hand you can’t use it as a post workout shake! It won’t give you an insulin spike which means no amino acids flow to your muscles!
The Soy protein main advantage is its relatively low price. With Genetic modification technology. Modified soy beans contains very high amount of proteins and can be used directly without any complex processing. just grind it and here is your soy protein. That explains the overall cheap price of the gainer. just keep in mind that soy protein is no match for the Whey!

The mix-ability is just great; you never get these pieces of dough in your drink. The taste is not good though (That’s the price of sugar free). 

Personally I stacked this with True mass and I got good results,However, I can't tell you how effective is MHP UYM alone.

Overall, this gainer can be used to keep your muscles, as a Meal replacement or stacked with another post workout gainer. but don't expect much form Oat and Soy alone!
