MHP Up your mass review
This interesting thing about this gainer is its different
formula. The carbohydrates here are Starch and the protein is soy.
The Starch has a sustained release; it suppresses the
appetite and regulates the blood sugar. But on the other hand you can’t use it
as a post workout shake! It won’t give you an insulin spike which means no amino
acids flow to your muscles!
The Soy protein main advantage is its relatively low
price. With Genetic modification technology. Modified soy beans contains very
high amount of proteins and can be used directly without any complex processing.
just grind it and here is your soy protein. That explains the overall cheap
price of the gainer. just keep in mind that soy protein is no match for the Whey!
The label on the tub is a bit inaccurate
(like most powders). The gainer is missing 4g per servings! (Says labdoor.com)

The mix-ability is just great; you never get these pieces of
dough in your drink. The taste is not good though (That’s the price of sugar free).
Personally I stacked this with True mass and I got good results,However, I can't tell you how effective is MHP UYM alone.
Overall, this gainer can be used to keep your muscles, as a Meal replacement or stacked with another post workout gainer. but don't expect much form Oat and Soy alone!
